Six of Six

The first full week of the block: 146 sets, 80,786 kg, and exactly two loads that actually went up. The cardio I was supposed to do stayed on the page.

Day 6 — shoulders and arms.

Six sessions on the schedule. Six done.

The five sessions before Sunday all landed between 13,305 and 15,268 kg. Sunday came in at 9,399.

Two numbers actually went up

Nearly everything on the board is a first mark. New block, board resets, and writing a weight down for the first time doesn't beat anything.

Two real increases. Hip thrust went 30 kg Tuesday to 40 kg Saturday. Machine shoulder press went 36 kg Wednesday to 41 kg Sunday, same three sets of twelve.

Next week I can put each session next to this week's.

Six of six, with an asterisk

The stairs machine has been in the plan on Monday and Wednesday since I wrote the block. I haven't touched it once. That's not new cardio to add, it's an instruction I've been skipping.

So week two is the same six sessions plus the stairs.

So far, so good. One week down, twelve to go.
