Four Things Working at Once

Legs on Day 2, a gym going into maintenance the week after I catalogued it, two kids who now want to be in the kitchen, and a letter that made the rest of it beside the point.

Four Things Working at Once — Biohacking

A week of small things going right at the same time. Here is the state of it.

The gym

Hack / V-squat. Day 2 of MONSTER 2.0.

Day 2 of the block was legs. Four sets of eight on the V-squat, and the session came out at 19 working sets, 191 reps, 14,535 kg moved. The leg press carried the most of it.

Nothing there is a record yet. This block started on 18 August, the board is empty on purpose, and every load is a first mark. The point of the next Day 2 is to beat this one.

A change of scenery

The woman at reception told me today that Smart Fit on La 10 goes into maintenance for the next two weeks. So I am moving to the branch at Santa Fe for a while.

I am genuinely curious about it. A different sede, different machines, different people at seven in the morning. Two weeks somewhere new is not a disruption, it is a change of stimulus — which is the same argument I would make for the training itself.

Slightly funny timing, though: I only just scanned the entire La 10 gym into a database. Every machine, catalogued. Two weeks later I am training somewhere else.

The kitchen

Prep night. Both of them, unprompted.

The kids are eating to the protocol and it is holding. What I did not expect was that they would want to be in the kitchen for it — both of them, hands on the food, asking what goes in next.

That was the whole bet behind the deal I signed with them. A plan a child helps build is a plan a child eats. It is working better than the spreadsheet predicted.

The next protocol piece

The administration guide, start to finish.

TRT Colombia sent through the full administration guide for growth hormone — reconstitution, handling, the whole sequence.

Details in a separate article soon. This one is just the video.

Study desk, end of a long day.

Here is the part that does not show up in any lab panel. Kids who eat properly and sleep properly get more done, and they get it done in a better mood. The nutrition work and the school work are not two projects. They are the same project measured at two different points.

From Maxi.

Maxi left me a letter tonight.

“Solo te quería decir que gracias por todo lo que haces por mí. Me siento muy feliz de tenerte como padre.”

Every protocol in this blog exists to be measured. This one is not measurable, and it is the only readout that settled anything. ❤️
