Everything Else Is Washed Out
Sixteen days on two compounds and nothing else. 101.4 kg, a new low, the plateau broken. Friday the order lands and a nurse teaches me to mix HGH. Monday MONSTER 2.0 starts.
The bridge
Sixteen days ago the stack got cut down to two things.
Testosterone at 175 mg a week — 1.75× the old 100 — but taken daily, 25 mg at a time, instead of dumped in once a week. Retatrutide doubled to 2 mg. Everything else off: BPC-157, TB-500, HCG, NAD+, ipamorelin, somatropin. Not tapered. Off.
That is the point. The bridge is not the protocol, it is the clearing before it. Fewer compounds, higher doses on the two that matter, so that when MONSTER 2.0 starts on Monday it starts from a known floor instead of a pile of overlapping half-finished cycles.
What sixteen days did
More energy. More aggression in the gym — the productive kind, where the working set you were quietly negotiating with becomes the set you just do. Fat coming off faster, and nothing coming off the bar.
That last part is the one I actually care about. Losing weight is easy. Losing weight while the lifts hold is the whole game.
I cannot tell you which change did it. Testosterone went up, retatrutide went up, and six other compounds came out — all at once. This is a status report, not an experiment. Anyone who claims they isolated a variable while changing eight of them is selling something.
101.4
This morning: 101.4 kg. New protocol low. 8.6 kg under the 110.0 kg baseline from 19 April.
Last time I wrote about the scale it was six days and three kilos, and I refused to call it a verdict. Same refusal applies here, for the same reasons.
The scale had been stuck between 101.8 and 102.2 for six days. This clears the bottom of that band.
The number deserves a caveat. A 0.6 kg overnight move is more than fat loss can account for, so part of the magnitude is water. What makes it interesting is not the size, it is the timing: it landed the morning after the first heavy leg session of the block — the session in the video above — which normally sends the scale up for a day or two while damaged muscle pulls in water and glycogen. Down instead of up, on that specific morning, is the informative half of the reading.
Friday
Friday morning the order lands from TRT Colombia. Straight after it, a nurse trains me on mixing and administering human growth hormone.
That is not a formality. Everything I have injected so far has been draw and go. HGH is a different procedure — reconstitution, a cartridge, a pen, a cold chain, and a discard window that starts the moment it is mixed. Twenty years of shipping software taught me that the failure mode is never the part you studied. So somebody who does this every day is going to watch me do it once.
Monday
The full protocol — every compound, dose and schedule — is in MONSTER 2.0 — The Needle.
The bridge did its job. The deck is clear, the doses are set, the training is booked, and the number on the scale is moving in the right direction for the right reason.
Five days.
