Six Days, Three Kilos, Not a Verdict
The Aug 20 and Aug 26 readings differ by 3.0 kg. The scale is moving downward while the bridge, nutrition and activity are in place—but six days cannot separate fat from water or prove the cause.
At Centro Comercial Santafé, I was testing a new SmartFit. Sofi was running the rest of the day: biohacking operations, homeschool operations, and the thousand small things that make a protocol executable.
Three comparisons, one direction
The 105.0 kg and 101.8 kg readings are useful working measurements, but their conditions were not standardized. The Aug 20 reading is better documented: on waking, before food and before injections. That gives me a stricter starting point for the 104.8-to-101.8 comparison.
But the pair is not fully matched because the Aug 26 conditions were not recorded. So the honest headline is not “I lost 3.2 kg of fat in eight days.” It is: the Aug 20 and Aug 26 readings differ by 3.0 kg across six elapsed days.
A fast scale is a noisy scale
A move this fast is not 3.0–3.2 kg of pure fat. Water, glycogen and gut contents are moving too. Training stress, food, activity and hydration all sit inside the number, and the scale cannot separate them.
The longer trend makes the short-term move more interesting. I started at 110.0 kg on Apr 19. At 101.8 kg, I am 8.2 kg down from that baseline.
At 182 cm, BMI is 30.73. The BMI-30 line is about 99.4 kg, so it is roughly 2.4 kg away. BMI does not distinguish body composition, so I treat 30 as a reference point rather than a verdict.
The bridge is not the full protocol
Since Aug 18, the temporary bridge has been simple: retatrutide moved from 1 mg to 2 mg weekly, exactly 2×; testosterone moved from 100 mg weekly to 25 mg daily, or 175 mg weekly, exactly 1.75×.
Those are records of what I am doing, not instructions for anybody else.
And this still is not the full MONSTER 2.0 protocol. That begins Monday, Sep 7—twelve days after this measurement, less than two weeks away. MONSTER 2.0 — The Needle is now fully updated with the final information.
It is impossible to assign this six-day move to testosterone or retatrutide alone. Both doses changed. Training restarted. Nutrition tightened. Activity continued. Water, glycogen and digestion moved with all of it.
The defensible conclusion is narrower: while the bridge, nutrition and activity were in place, the scale moved sharply downward between two readings. Whether that signal persists will depend on repeated measurements taken under standardized conditions.
The second win is not on my scale
Maxi has started eating vegetables and fruit for the first time. In this clip, the important part is not what is in the bowl. It is that he is making it himself.
Helping prepare the meal gives him more ownership of it. The practical win is a wider food range, less resistance, and more enjoyment around eating.
The plan behind that change is Seven Foods and a Signed Deal. My own food system lives separately in MONSTER 2.0 — The Kitchen. Same house, same bias toward building systems, completely separate lanes.
Signal now, verdict later
Three kilos between the Aug 20 and Aug 26 readings earns attention. It does not earn a causal verdict.
MONSTER 2.0 begins Sep 7. Until then, the work is simple: train, eat, and measure under better-matched conditions. The useful evidence will be what repeats, not what one dramatic interval seems to promise.
