MONSTER 2.0 — The Shadow
Months of preparation, and every piece lands on the same morning. Tomorrow, 7 September 2026, MONSTER 2.0 starts. Then I do what Dorian Yates did: disappear, and come back when the work is done.
Mixing night. Everything The Needle describes, reconstituted and in the fridge for the morning.
I have been preparing this for a long time, with more care than I give most things. Every piece was built on its own and checked on its own: the bloodwork, the proposal, the physician's answer, the signed protocol, a training block built from a scan of the gym floor, a kitchen rebuilt around it, a nurse at my table teaching me to mix growth hormone.
Tomorrow, Monday 7 September 2026, MONSTER 2.0 starts. All of it converges on one morning.
- The needle. What I mixed in the video: MONSTER 2.0 — The Needle.
- The gym. Six days, every set and rep: MONSTER 2.0 — The Blueprint.
- My kitchen. What Sofi cooks for me: MONSTER 2.0 — The Kitchen.
- The kids' kitchen. What Sofi cooks for Miranda and Maximiliano: Seven Foods and a Signed Deal.
The needle
Eight compounds, all subcutaneous, thirteen weeks, prescribed and signed: testosterone, HCG, BPC-157, TB-500, somatropin, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin in one syringe, retatrutide. Morning shots and pre-sleep shots on a fixed weekly grid. The doses live in The Needle, not in my head.
The gym
Six days a week, straight from the Blueprint: chest and back, quads and glutes, shoulders and arms, back thickness and traps, hamstrings and glutes, and a volume day that closes the week. ClimbMill after the lifting. The exercises do not change for twelve weeks; only the weights do. The PR board is empty, so Monday's numbers are first marks and everything after them has to beat one.
My kitchen
2,455 calories, 225 g of protein, seven timed feeds built around a 13:00 session, 25 recipes with every gram checked by a solver. It is all in The Kitchen. Sofi cooks. I eat what the plan says, when it says.
The kids' kitchen
Miranda and Maximiliano have their own plan, Seven Foods and a Signed Deal: a signed agreement, twenty recipes, and a strategy for a boy who eats exactly seven foods. Sofi runs that kitchen too. From tomorrow, nobody in this house eats by accident.
The Shadow
Dorian Yates won the Mr. Olympia six times, 1992 to 1997, and built every one of them in a basement gym in Birmingham with almost no daylight. Temple Gym. No cameras, no entourage, no circuit. He vanished for months and surfaced on stage already finished, which is why the sport called him The Shadow: nobody saw the work, only the result.
That is the mode from tomorrow. The plan is written, the fridge is full, the bar is loaded. Disappear now. Sweat until the work is completed.
Three Pillars, All Live — training, kitchen and protocol running together, and the one date in December that reads all three.
Everything Else Is Washed Out — the sixteen-day clearing before this start: two compounds, a new low on the scale, the order landing.
HGH Delivered: How to Mix, Dose and Store Genotropin — the one genuinely new procedure in the protocol: reconstitution, the syringe arithmetic and the 28-day clock.
