Bring The Pain
Thirteen working sets moved as much weight as twenty-six did. Day 2 of the block, logged — and a 240 kg leg press that resets the top of the board.
The hoodie is hers. Animal, from the Universal series — Bring The Pain across the back. Nobody planned the wardrobe for the occasion, and it turned out to be the only thing worth quoting all day.
Good words to borrow for the gym.
Day 2 — Legs
Second session of MONSTER 2.0. Here is the whole thing.
Cardio was walking to the gym and walking home. No stair climber — legs had already done the work. No abs, which is how it is written; those sit on Day 1 and Day 4.
The number worth keeping
Half the sets, and the total load lands within 163 kg of the previous session. Legs move almost exactly double per set.
Day 2 reads short on paper — six lines, two of them unloaded, thirteen working sets. It moved the same weight as a day with twice the sets and a hundred more reps.
Tonnage per set is the number that compares. Set count mostly measures how long you were in the building.
The leg press at 240 kg is the first genuinely heavy number in the block, and it goes to the top of the board as the one to beat.
What goes in next time
Everything else went in clean, which is the useful part. Two sessions in, the block has moved 26,273 kg and the loads are already climbing.
Day 3 is shoulders and arms.
MONSTER 2.0 — The Blueprint — the six-day programme this is Day 2 of.
Thirteen Tonnes and a Clean Heart — Day 1, and the clean ECG that cleared the block.
No Capsule Adds Hours — the recovery stack running underneath all of this.
